Cliff has over 20 years of global experience as both a consultant and coach, specialising in people and performance. He has worked in roles across finance and strategy, operations and recruitment. Cliff brings a very practical approach, and the essence of his success lies in the deep and trusting relationships he builds from the boardroom to the basement.

Michael Buckley has fostered productive, long-term search relationships with a good cross-section of global and domestic firms for over 20 years. His numerous blue-chip clients particularly value his knowledge of the global finance market, whilst his boutique financial services clients prize his enthusiasm for meeting the challenges of rapid growth. In all cases, Michael takes the time to understand the specific needs of his client, the journey they are on, and the obstacles they must overcome - only then can the correct candidate solution be framed. Beyond work, Michael is a father of three who enjoys the outdoors, travel and Classics.

He loves talking to all walks of life and most importantly, listening to their experiences and ambitions. Tim really enjoys building teams in partnership with a business and being part of their long-term strategic goals. Tim is a keen sports enthusiast who enjoys playing a round of golf and watching rugby. You can catch him enjoying a BBQ with family or attempting to be a fine wine connoisseur.

Shane O'Hara is an accomplished Accountant by trade, with a decade-long career working in various finance functions within Banking and Investment Management firms across Dublin and Sydney. In
2022, he made the transition from accounting into the realm of recruitment, leveraging his extensive
experience to excel in this new domain.
Throughout his recruitment career, Shane has cultivated a reputation as a trusted business advisor,
consistently exceeding expectations to deliver exceptional service to his clients. His innate passion
for people paired with his deep understanding of finance teams, and an affinity for navigating
dynamic environments have been pivotal in successfully delivering on over 80% of his engagements.
Shane is dedicated to ensuring a positive and empowering experience for both candidates and
clients embarking on the recruitment journey. Drawing from his own firsthand experiences, he
empathizes with the challenges and anxieties associated with both hires, and job transitions, making
him an invaluable asset in guiding individuals towards fulfilling career opportunities.
Beyond work, Shane enjoys spending time with his young family; he can be found most Saturday
mornings roaming through Centennial Park or Coogee Beach with his partner and young son Ollie,
and Sundays are spent chasing Gaelic footballs.
